Ephesians 6: 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

What if you recognize the issue is spiritual.
It’s not your boss, landlord, spouse, ex, Democrats, Republicans, Trump, Biden.
- We will never have victory if all we fight against is each other.
2 Corinthians 10: 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
Why is my life in chaos?
Why do I have no friends?
Why is my marriage in trouble?
Why are my kids crazy?
Could it be, you were trying to fight a spiritual issue in the flesh?
- Attacks must be expected.
We become a target
LUKE 22:31 And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat,
- Jesus was in the desert, fasting and praying, immediately Satan attacked.
KINGDOM POINT: The level of attack exposes the level of your ability.Could it be the reason Satan attacks you the way he does is because he recognizes something in you.
KINGDOM POINT: The greatest spiritual attacks are right before your greatest spiritual breakthroughs.
If you feel overwhelmed, weak, ambushed, get ready! get ready! get ready!
- Spiritual attacks must be exposed.
Recognize it. Expose it.
What should we look for?
Confusion, lack of peace, distraction, temptation, drawn back to our sin.
In the flesh, I am no match for Satan.
We can’t do this on our own.
- Know, the enemy
There is a hierarchy of demons.
Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. Notice what he did.
- He made her question.
- He contradicts.
- He puts doubt.
- He causes confusion.
Demons are fallen angels. Different levels different devils.
- Just like our military. - Private, Gomer never got past there.

Demons/Angels have power

- Principalities - “Arché” - the first place, principality, rule, magistracy
- POWERS – “Exousia” (ex-ou-see'-ah) – Force. superhuman, potentate, token of control)
- Rulers of Darkness –“ kotos” (skot'-os) - accompanying ungodliness and immorality, together with their consequent misery.
- Spiritual Host of Wickedness – “Ponéria” - plots, sins -- iniquity, wickedness.
Satan has Commitment – Organization – Discipline –While the church can’t figure out whether we are in or out.
Luke 11:24-26. 24 “When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’
25 And when he comes, he finds it swept and put in order.
26 Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first.”
You can have victory.
You can’t fight spiritual warfare with physical weapons.
How do we fight this warfare?
- The name of Jesus
John 16: 23 “And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. 24 Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
- The word of God
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The only offensive weapon we have is the word
- Agreement in prayer
Matthew 18: 19 “Again I where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”

- Praise and worship.
